Advice syncing two computers to one account

I want to omit a certain user (account) when I sync my new laptop...so it

doesn't fill up with all the financial data (for example) from my basic bill

paying user account on the new computer. Any way to do this in icloud

using just one account? Or is dropbox better for this kind of "user account

exclusion" when syncing?
